The Alexander Technique; a subtle yet powerful hands-on technique restoring the poise and grace that is inherent in your body's nature. We are designed for free easeful movement. This unique kinesthetic learning helps to identify and eliminate muscular tension held within the body. The result is easeful movement in all activities, less stiffness and pain, and better posture, restored full-functioning of your breathing, confidence in carrying yourself, and easeful balance, support, flexibility, and coordination.

CranioSacral Therapy; A gentle therapeutic approach to restoring health, used for the healing of many chronic symptoms. People have found great relief from complaints such as headache, dizziness, neck and hip pain, asthma, allergies, depression, ear ringing, TMJ, insomnia, neuropathies, difficulty breathing, and more.

Intuitive Energy Healing; Through using intuitive counseling, hands-on energy work, and cultivating a deep connection to the Creative, you can begin to identify limiting belief systems in your life, changing deeply held patterns of being that are no longer helpful to you. The result is virtually walking down a new path in life. Intuitive Energy Healing recognizes that our thoughts have energetic ties to our physical wellbeing, and so as we bring understanding to ourselves we can begin to live more empowered lives in harmony , respect and love toward ourselves. Intuitive Healing begins and ends with self-love and self-forgiveness, which then joyously extends outwards into the world.

BodyMindBalance sessions; A combination therapy that brings awareness to your self-image and choices you make all the time without even realizing them. You will learn how to assist your own wellness by looking carefully at the way you use your thoughts, your words, and of course your actions to contribute to your wellbeing.

Private Exercise; Pilates is a whole body conditioning that includes tone, flexibility, strength, alignment, and freedom of movement for the body. Although the workout can be challenging, one can gear the exercises to their level of readiness, and can modify all of the exercises and slowly build a beautiful body. Developed more than 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates, this exercise plan is a wonderful compliment to a sensible low-fat diet and other stress reduction practices, giving your bodymind a chance to recover from inertia, and almost magically transform.

Meditation/Healing Circle; a meditation and healing circle meets to deepen our connection to the Creative, and to learn the way to freedom and happiness. Whether you are coming to heal from illness, or to deepen your connection to Spirit, receiving within the support of a group helps to bring us closer to our true being. Wellness Day Packages: Plan a day of relaxation and renewal for your organization. You will be offered a nourishing experience of rejuvenation for all. We will create a relaxed environment where your employees can both envision possibilities for themselves and receive some new tools for manageing stress in their lives. Often it is in leaving the work environment behind and focusing on a personal day that new resources come forward, enhancing both tranquility and productivity. Diane Young brings skill in a varied group process, including leading members through a gentle process of breathing, guided imagery, meditation practice, and into a deepening process where relaxation and rejuvenation can take place. In this environment the group members often feel the comfort to express from a new sense of calm and awareness, and to envision and share creative possibilities for themselves within the context of the group. Sharing this experience as a group can have tremendous benefits for your work environment.

In a Wellness Day Package, one can expect to learn some new techniques of calming both the mind and the body. Possibilities include; yoga, guided imagery and meditation, simple breathing techniques for relieving stress, and also finding time to process and speak together. This seminar is highly recommended for any group that works together under high pressure, and could use some time to look at things a little differently. The benefit is for both the person and the group as a whole.
